It has come to our attention that there were a couple of typos. We do try and make sure all the names are spelled correctly however mistakes are still made. I apologize to the dancers.
We thought it went without saying but these results are not to be copied or duplicated without our express permission. Also as much as we try these are not the official results so please keep that in mind.
We do this as a service (free) and yet there always seems to be a small handful of people that still find something to complain about. The only answer is to not do the blog which would be a s shame since we feel that there are a lot of people who do actually appreciate the service.

Please don't stop!!! You're our lifeline to this crazy sport when we're not able to make it. Please don't let a few rude and judgemental people ruin it for all of us who truly value the job you're doing!!! You'll never please everyone but these unappreciative people are just over the top!!!

ReplyDeleteKeep it up because of the ones who appreciate it and not the ones who don't. It really doesn't matter in the long run if a name has a typo or a school name is shortened or missed. In this region, we all know who is who and who did what. Keep it up and don't let the naysayers get you down.

will you have grade results posted? we thought that was fantastic last year. we noticed on webpage when we signed up for feis.

ReplyDeleteYou do a great job! I love reading the blogs when I am at home and also reading them afterwards if I attend the feis! Please continue them! Don't let the comments of a few ruin it for you and those who follow you.
Please do not stop and all though hard to do, do not pay and mind to one person's stupidity. My DD loves this service. I can not tell you how many hours she spends going through your blogs looking at past results and photo's. It was such a thrill for her when she received her first placing not only to see her name but the photo of her award. This sport is about the kids not the parents and at the end of the day parents need to be reminded of this. Thank you for all you have done to help this sport.
ReplyDeleteI hope you will reconsider. Your service is greatly appreciated by almost everyone. There are always people who are nasty (you know who you are), but I have found it is because THEY are unhappy, frustrated etc... and need to bring others down to feel better themselves. Often we do not tell others when appreciate them, but I want you to know Steph and Stuart that MANY people do appreciate your blog /service.
